Google to provide an 'upgraded' GMB profile with a Google Guaranteed $50 monthly badge

Google is starting to sell a Google Guarantee certification at a monthly fee inside US and Canadian Local Services Advertising. It is positioned as a "upgraded profile" and includes a badge that appears on the profile and can also appear in the Local Pack.
